MARKING THE CENTENNIAL of #Icelandic sovereignty at Copenhagen University with good friend of #Lithuania – President Guðni Th. Jóhannesson of #Iceland, and Vigdis Finnbogadóttir, the world's first democratically elected female president.

Congratulations to friend and ally Iceland - the first to recognize restored #Lithuanian independence. Lithuania and Iceland are a model of friendship and courage.
