Discussion on Hybrid threats

Hybrid threats were the main topic of discussion at a working meeting organized by Finland with Danish officials, a few foreign ambassadors, including Lithuania’s, and a visiting delegation from the Helsinki-based European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats. Participants exchanged information about best practices and NATO-EU cooperation. Lithuania is a founding member of the Center.
