Even though preparations for May 12 Presidential elections and referenda were at the center of the Lithuanian Embassy's attention, here are some other highlights from last week:

World Press Freedom Day marked at UN City with a keynote address by Foreign Minister Anders Samuelsen.
Constitution Day awards ceremony & reception at the Polish Embassy.
Briefing by Søren Espersen, Chairman of the Foreign Policy Committee, in the Folketinget about upcoming Danish parliamentary elections.
Working lunch hosted by the Australian ambassador with Danish Foreign Ministry senior management about policies for gender equality.
