HRH CROWN PRINCE FREDERIK OF DENMARK VISITED LITHUANIA
President meets with Crown Prince Frederick of Denmark who is coming for his first official visit to Lithuania (copyright - R. Dačkus) His Royal Highness the Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark has been visiting Lithuania on 8-10 October 2013. During his visit, the Crown Prince was accompanied by a Danish business delegation, which included representatives from 22 Danish companies and by the Minister for Climate, Energy and Building of Denmark Mr. Martin Lidegaard.
The President of Lithuania H. E. Ms. Dalia Grybauskaitė met with the Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark and the Danish delegation. The President of Lithuania invited the Crown Prince for the official breakfast.
Along with the President of Lithuania the Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark officially opened Lithuanian-Danish Business Forum. During the dinner, which was held on the occasion of the opening of the Forum, the Crown Prince met with the Prime Minister of Lithuania Mr. Algirdas Butkevičius.
During his official visit in Lithuania the Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark opened the Danish days in Lithuania and a modern Danish art exhibition “Interrelations”. Accompanied by the Mayor of Vilnius Mr. Artūras Zuokas, the Crown Prince had a bicycle tour in the Old Town of Vilnius, he visited the Old Palace of Vilnius University and attended other events.
