Lithuania - an attractive culinary tourism destination

Lithuania was presented as an attractive culinary tourism destination by renowned Lithuanian chef Deivydas Praspaliauskas at a degustation event held at the Lithuanian Embassy for Danish gastro-tourism journalists and food enterpreneurs.

Guests viewed a video presentation about Lithuania, then moved on to a sampling of the chef’s dishes, which were introduced by the chef himself. The degustation menu included braised venison cheeks as well as traditional Lithuanian delicacies.
