Tourism business mission in Copenhagen
KLAIPĖDA Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts, in cooperation with the Lithuanian Embassy to Denmark, organized a tourism business mission to Copenhagen.
Representatives of the western Lithuanian tourism sector networked with Danish partners at the Embassy about travel options and services on Lithuania‘s #BalticSea coast in such areas as active leisure (bike, water sports), cultural, nature, medical, wellness and spa tourism. Western Lithuania has attractions suited for every taste: the historic seaport of Klaipeda, Lithuania with its Old Town and marine museum; the Curonian Spit - Neringa, which is a UNESCO world heritage site known for its migrating sand dunes, unique nature and wildlife; the bustling resort town of Palanga with its wide array of summer concerts, jazz clubs and other cultural events.
